WHERE IS THE BAWDYSHOP LOCATED?

FOR YOUR REFERENCE THE BAWDY SHOP IS LOCATED IN STUIDO SUITE IN LAWNDALE,CA OFF THE 405 FWY.

EXACT ADDRESS WILL BE SENT A DAY PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVATION.

WHAT IS THE LATE FEE POLICY?

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE BECAUSE WE UNDERSTAND THINGS DO HAPPEN, YOU WILL HAVE A GRACE PERIOD OF 25 MINS .PLEASE SEND COURTEOUS TEXT ADVISING YOUR ETA. AT THE 30 MIN MARK YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $35 LATE FEE AFTER 30 MINS YOUR RESERVATION WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED IF ANOTHER CLIENT IS RESERVED AFTER YOU. IN RARE MOMENTS IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS PUSHED BACK 30 MINS OR MORE YOU WILL RECEIVE $35 OFF FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE WE ARE A FAIR COMPANY.

HOW DOES RESCHEDULING WORK& CANCELLATION OPERATE?

YOU ARE ALLOWED UP TO (2) RESCHEDULES 72 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. IF YOU'RE UNABLE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION LESS THEN 72 HOURS OF TIME YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST AND YOU'LL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE WITH A NEW DEPOSIT .NO CALL NO SHOWS FIRST ATTEMPTS WILL HAVE TO PAY A $100 INCONVENIENCE FEE TO RESERVE AGAIN NO CALL NO SHOW'S SECOND ATTEMPT WILL BE PROHIBITED FROM BOOKING AGAIN.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING AN EXTRA GUEST?

FOR THE BEST SALON SPA THERAPY EXPERIENCE THE BAWDY SHOP DOES NOT ALLOW EXTRA GUESTS OF ANY KIND, UNLESS A CHILD IS BEING SERVICED.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR SQUEEZE IN'S?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. IF TIME PERMITS THE BAWDY SHOP WILL RESERVE

YOUR SLOT A.S.A.P FOR NO ADDITIONAL FEE.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK?

ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: FIRST AND LAST LEGAL NAMES (NO NICKNAMES OR SOCIAL HANDLES), A COPY OF YOUR STATE IDENTIFICATION (DL NUMBER MAY BE BLOCKED OUT), YOUR BEST PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS FOR IMPORTANT CONFIRMATION DETAILS, AND YOUR RESERVATION ADDRESS. A $50 DEPOSIT MUST BE SENT VIA ZELLE TO ROBINSONL2013@YAHOO.COM TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

TO ENSURE TRANSPARENT AND SECURE TRANSACTIONS, I ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS THROUGH ZELLE OR CASH. FOR ZELLE PAYMENTS, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION CAN BE CONFIRMED. FOR CASH PAYMENTS, THE AMOUNT WILL BE VERIFIED BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT BEGINS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

ARE CONSULTATIONS REQUIRED TO BOOK?

NO CONSULTATIONS ARE REQUIRED EXCEPT FOR TAPE-IN INSTALLATIONS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE METHOD, THE BAWDY SHOP MUST ENSURE IT'S THE BEST FIT FOR YOUR HAIR NEEDS.
